RESTORE AMERICA PLEDGE
I, _________________________________, hereby pledge to work and vote for repeal, elimination or fixing of all laws and policies:
a. That undermine or violate our Constitution and Bill of Rights.
b. That destroy or work around our system of political Checks and Balances. Specifically, the 12th and 17th Amendments and all other laws and policies that enable or permit one party control of all branches of government or restrict multiple party activity. Also those laws and policies that work around or against the Checks and Balances between the three branches of government as spelled out in our Constitution.
c. That have transferred control of our money and economy into the hands of private bankers (the Federal Reserve Banking System) and greatly reduced the control available to the Congress and Administration.
d. That establish or enable the Fractional Reserve Banking system.
e. That cause deficit spending.
f. That affect at least 90% of the people negatively as pertains to:
i. Our financial well being, through inflation, boom and bust business cycles, financial schemes and
scams, job losses and higher taxes.
ii. Our energy independence.
iii. Violation of private property rights through confiscation.
iv. Our security, by weakening our armed forces, by failing to secure our borders and by failing to protect us against criminal activity.
v. Our national sovereignty, by subjugating the USA to non-treaty international governments, organizations and codes.
vi. Our future prospects, by bankrupting our nation and undermining our Constitutional Republic form of
government through socialization and nationalization.
vii. Our public education system by demolishing standards, politicizing curricula and failing to educate.
